Our pricing is fair and competitive; We provide the highest quality of service to meet your every expectation.

Unlimited one-on-one calling and email correspondence. We are here to walk you through the process and answer all of your questions. If you have not already decided on your ceremony and reception venue, we will help you find the venue that fits your desires and dreams.

If you are planning on getting married in St. Kitts, we will apply for your license to get married, file your marriage certificate and obtain copies for you. We will provide you will all of the necessary information and required documentation to do so. Writing your own vows will add an intimacy to the ceremony, however, there is a basic format that is used by officiants and into this you can add your own vows, readings etc. We will be your liaison between vendors and provide prior to and on the day time lines for all involved. Time line to include hair and makeup appointments and room service scheduling for lunch ~ bridal party, groom, immediate family.

Timelines are sent out to all the vendors whether hired by Destination Solutions on your behalf or hired directly by the couple. Then followed up by a phone call to ensure all details are covered. Based on your colors, flower type, budget and preferred style, our preferred florist will provide quotes and where necessary assist with flower type recommendations. Where possible we offer suggestions on how to save money by repurposing florals/arrangements. Bouquets and Boutonniere are delivered directly to respective hotel rooms/and or Villa’s.

To ensure a seamless process of events, we will arrange for a final venue walk-through with vendors to finalize the flow of your event and final details needed to ensure a seamless process on the day. We also arrange a Ceremony.

Rehearsal with a complete run through with the officiant and ensure that everyone involved understands his or her roles.

We will arrange seating for both the ceremony and reception, including name cards or similar if to be used.

Part of our on the day co-ordination we make sure that all details are ready at the ceremony including programs, guestbook, and all other elements needed for your ceremony, before your first guests arrive. Supervise and manage the final set up and direct the vendors with the final details. Set out all escort cards, favors and other details in pre-determined places. Check with venue final details of the dining tables, (folding napkins, etc.) making sure all is ready and set.

~ Check in with the bride and bridesmaids to make sure they are running on time with hair and make-up; also, if room service meals scheduled have been delivered.

~ Liaise with photographer and videographer final touches.

~ We perform a sound check for the officiant and ceremony musicians. Then go over the final details with the musicians/DJ to determine who to cue.

~ We cue the photographer and videographer as the ceremony is about to begin.

~ Organize the wedding party and family for the flow of the processional.

~ Invite and direct the guests to the cocktail reception, and then to dinner reception.

~ We direct the flow of the event according to your timeline, allowing you and your family to relax and enjoy this most important day. Cue all dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.

~ At the end of the event we ensure that all items brought in by the bride and others are packed up safely.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE:

We can provide assistance with reservations and décor for your welcome dinner, rehearsal dinner, and/or post wedding brunch. Guests local amenity gifts and optional activities.
